KR swimwear is not responsible for packages delivered incorectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If you purchased and your order says delivered but you did not receive it then let us know and we will do a thorough investigation to see where it went and see what we can do but we do not guarantee a solution if the problem is with the post office. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and post offices worlwide delaying orders processing times will be extended to 5-10 business days and shipping times are not guaranteed as we cannot control the existing conditions. Free Standard Shipping
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days due to high demand. (Please read above for any changes in our processing time!) Shipping usually takes between 10-20 business days for US & 2-4 weeks for international (Excluding holidays and weekends) depending on city, state and country shipped to. We are not liable for any shipping delays, keep in mind that customs in some countries may cause delays in delivery, especially around the holiday season.

Most tracking numbers update within 5 days of your order being shipped but If you do not receive a tracking number email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check your order status and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an update!

Some Common Shipping Questions:
- What does "label created not yet in system" mean?
That your orders shipping label has been created and has not yet reached the post office. This does not mean it was not shipped. All orders have to go through multiple facilities before reaching the post office and once it reaches the post office usually tracking info will update.
- What does "Pre-Shipment" Mean?
This means that your order is in transit to your country. Once it reaches your country tracking info and maybe an expected delivery date will update.
- Where can I find my tracking number?
When an order is shipped you will be sent an email with tracking information. If you don't receive an email or tracking number email our customer service team.

Since we are a start-up swimwear company in order for us to continue offering free shipping worldwide we manufacture and ship from our China warehouse & US Warehouse. This doesn't mean bad quality. All of our swimwear has custom blended materials and custom measurements to give you the highest quality and body complimenting bikinis!
